Job Overview:
We are seeking talented and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. Business Analyst is a crucial team member, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about improve and automate business process and enhance our platform’s capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst Consultant for TRSG, you will be working within a team to build and deliver initiatives that support our client and associate experiences
- To build a project plan or roadmap for the squad, ensure the ability for the squad to stay on track by eliminating obstacles and mitigating risks and lead the team through project kick off to deployment
- To engage with both internal and external partners and vendors to support and facilitate dependencies and integrations across our platforms and applications
- To write system requirements/JIRA stories that can be developed and tested against
- To prioritize and identify application and system issues, enhancements, and requests by researching platform specs, conferring with subject matter authorities across FILI and the enterprise, evaluating procedures and processes, and providing a solution
- To conduct business acceptance and validation testing and to lead the team through various stages of the release cycle
- To build and handle relationships with cross-functional teams, squads, vendors, and leadership teams
- This role is to support and provide business analysis within TRSG
- This will be a full-stack development squad who will partner closely with other squads and teams who directly, and indirectly, support the Annuity business objectives
Qualifications:
You are a digitally savvy strategic thinker with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and building latest technology solutions
- Experience in managing large scale technical programs and projects with multiple streams of deliverables, resolving challenges, mitigating risks, and working through dependencies while collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to ensure milestones are met
- Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to analyze current business and technical processes, triage issues, find opportunities for efficiency and enhance applications and tools based on insights, solutions, and requirements
- Consistent track record of strategic planning, defining, and writing requirements, testing/learning, iterating on, and delivering best in class technical solutions
- Experience working with a full stack technical infrastructure with the ability to map dependencies and integrations
- Proficiency in business acceptance testing, validation exercises, and release management
- Execute on multiple projects simultaneously and can prioritize and balance multiple tasks
- Comfortable with ambiguity and welcomes challenges
- Positive relationship-building, facilitation, and influence skills
- Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client centric, fast paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent with 7 to 10+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 5 to 7+ years of experience.
